SECTION 2 – OUR HANDMADE PRODUCTS
MOROCCAN FEZ POTTERY specializes in Moroccan handmade and, where applicable, hand-painted pottery and ceramic products.
Because our products are handmade, minor variations in color, shape, dimensions, patterns, glaze, texture, and finish may occur from one piece to another.
These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade pottery and contribute to the uniqueness of each item. Such variations will not be considered defects when the product substantially conforms to its description.
Product photographs are provided to represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and the customer's screen or device settings.
Product dimensions may also have minor variations due to the handmade nature of the products.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
An order becomes accepted when we confirm the order and have received or authorized the applicable payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, inaccurate customer information, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PREPARATION TIME
Our products may be either available in stock or made to order.
Products in stock
If the product is available in stock, we generally prepare and dispatch the order within approximately 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Products not currently in stock
If a product is not currently available in stock, it may need to be handmade specifically before shipment.
The preparation time for such products is generally approximately 15–25 business days, depending on the product, quantity, design, and production requirements.
The preparation time is separate from the shipping transit time.
For large, wholesale, customized, or special orders, we will provide an estimated preparation and shipping timeframe before confirming the order.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently use international shipping carriers including:

Shipping times depend on the destination, shipping service selected, customs processing, carrier operations, holidays, weather, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any shipping timeframe displayed or communicated by us is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
For international shipments, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
For customers in jurisdictions where mandatory consumer protection rules apply, those mandatory rights will not be affected by these Terms.
For EU consumers, applicable law may provide specific rights concerning delivery and responsibility for damage occurring before delivery. �

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For eligible consumer purchases, customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
For online purchases covered by EU consumer protection rules, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods. �

The returned product should be sent back within the period required by applicable law after the withdrawal request has been communicated.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Some products may be manufactured according to a customer's specific requirements, including customized dimensions, designs, colors, quantities, patterns, or other specifications.
Custom-made or clearly personalized products may be excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable law provides such an exception.

Once the specifications have been confirmed and production has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible where permitted by applicable law.
