Handmade Moroccan Products
At Fes Pottery, all our products are 100% handmade in Morocco by skilled Moroccan artisans. Each piece is carefully crafted and hand-finished, making every product unique.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, dimensions, or patterns may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects but are part of the authentic character and beauty of handmade Moroccan pottery.
Processing & Production Time
Our processing time depends on product availability:
Products currently in stock: Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Products not currently in stock: Because every item is handmade, we may need to produce your order specifically for you. In this case, the production, finishing, preparation, and shipping process may take approximately 15–25 business days.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, as handmade products require time and careful craftsmanship.
International Shipping
We ship our products worldwide from Morocco using reliable international express carriers, including DHL and FedEx.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the progress of your package.
Estimated Delivery Time After Shipment

🇨🇦 Canada: approximately 3–7 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: approximately 3–7 business days

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside Morocco may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Fes Pottery does not cover, pay, or reimburse any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed outside Morocco.
All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages
We take great care when packaging our handmade products to help ensure they arrive safely.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of:
The outside of the package
The shipping label
The packaging materials
The damaged product
We will review the situation and assist you accordingly.
